At the Cascades Library, NOVA TownHall will conduct a joint meeting with Help Save Loudoun. This will be the Help Save Loudoun 'kick-off' meeting. (Beginning in July, 2006, Help Save Loudoun will meet on the last Wednesday of each month, 7:00 pm, at Cascades Library.)

Jim Boulet of English First will be the guest speaker at the Leesburg NOVA TownHall meeting.

SPEAKER: Jim Boulet, Executive Director, English First. English First is determined to make English America's official language and is also involved in a broad range of language policy issues. English First is specifically opposed to bilingual ballots and mandatory bilingual education programs.
